VIEW DESCRIPTION

Late war document grouping to Reinhold Karpinski 6./SS-Freiwilligen-Grenadier-Regiment 86 "Schill" and SS-Panzergrenadier Schule Knieschlag. Killed in action on 4.3.1945 at Vogelsang (Germany). Awarded with Infantry Assault Badge in bronze.

Wehrpass issued on 25.8.1943 with original photo. He completed an anti-tank close combat training "Panzer-Nahbekämpfungs-Lehrgang". Noted on page 21. Awards: Infantry Assault Badge in bronze on 17.10.1944. The cover is separated from the Wehrpass and some pages are loose. Used condition.
