Comprehensive document groupings to 4 brothers serving as Wehrmacht soldiers during WWII.

Unteroffizier Heinrich Senft - Gren-Rgt.313
Heinrich served with 7./Grenadier-Regiment 313.
Certificate to the Infantry Assault Badge in silver, to the Wound Badge in black. Furthermore, various other Wehrmacht documents.

Afrikakorps veteran Feldwebel Gustav Senft - Afrika
Gustav served with N.Z./Aufklärungs-Abteilung 3 in Afrika! Wehrpaß and Iron Cross 2nd Class certificate. The Wehrpaß was sent home with a note after he was killed in action on 19.10.1944. It contains many notes such campaigns at the "Cyrinaika" and defending battles on the Lybian-Egyptian border. Awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class, the Italian-German Campaign Medal as well as the cuff title AFRIKA.

Rare Iron Cross 2nd Class certificate issued in AFRIKA on 21.5.1941. Original ink signature of Generalmajor Johannes Streich, commander of 5. Leichte Division. A text to the reverse explains who he had won the Iron Cross. It is signed by a Leutnant. It was awarded to Senft for managing to keep communication alive during battle over 5 weeks.

Interestingly enough, Gustav was sent to 9. and 2. Kompanie of Versuchskommando Nord (VKN) which belonged to "Heeresversuchsanstalt Peenemünde" which was responsible for developing V2 rockets.

Obergefreiter Herbert Senft - Pz.Pio.Btl.39
Herbert served with Panzer-Pionier-Btl.39 and Pionier-Btl. 123. He was awarded several medals. Part of the grouping is his ID tag which matches the Wehrpaß as well as the citation to the Driver's Badge in bronze (rips). There is his work book, a DP ID and two badges. The General Assault Badge comes without setup.

Hauptfeldwebel Paul Senft - Tank commander at Pz.Rgt.36
Paul served with Panzer-Regiment 36 as a tank commander and platoon leader. He was hit by a bullet when trying to fire a flare gun out of his tank holding this arm out. His artery was hit and he bleed to death on the way to the hospital. Part of the grouping is a letter of a priest explaining all this. Original photos of his grave at Stalino. Wehrpaß with photo and many notes and entries. Several awards such as the Tank Assault Badge in silver.
