Description
Late war leather flight jacket for pilots. So-called "Reichsverteidigung" pattern since this model was introduced very late in the war and mainly used during campaigns over Germany. An extremely fine tunic made from very soft brown leather.

Purple velvet color with minor signs of wear. No small. Leather straps and buttons around the collar intact and complete. PRYM 6 buttons. All horizontal front buttons are period time attached. Fully working sleeve zippers. RiRi marked. Again, PRYM 6 buttons. Silk sleeve lining with PRYM 6 buttons. Electric heating contact and cables to the inside and to both sleeves. Complete and in good condition. A roughly 7cm long piece of the seam has opened to the right armpit (please close-up). The leather is not damaged. It can be closed in 5 minutes if you want to. The breast eagle was taken off. You can see the original sticking.

Fine blue lining with signs of wear to the inside armpits. Blue reinforcement cloth to the reverse of the buttons. Original 1944 dated maker label. RB-numbered and size 1b stamped.

A scarce late war 1944 pilots jacket in very nice condition. The best leather jacket we have had in the last years!
