Luftwaffe summer visor cap to Feldwebel Wilhelm Winner. A scarce white piped cap for Hermann Göring troops. Winner served with Division General Göring in Afrika until 1943 when his unit was entirely destroyed. He was captured and sent to the US. Winner survived the war.
Uniform, Militär-Effekten Heinz Liebich maker marked. A nice trapezoid maker mark on the liner. No damage to the celluloid. "Kan.W.Winner 13./Rgt.General Göring" named inside. A very early cap issued to Winner wenn he was a young Kanonier serving with the Göring troops when they were still called "General Göring". The sweat-band shows a maker log however it is very hard to see. There are a few very small holes/bites to the sweat-band.
Green visor. Correct matching pair of aluminum insignia. White piped to the top and bottom of the black band. Removable top. Very interesting "twisting" piping to the top as well! Nice shape! Size 58/59. No mothing or damage.
13 original Feldpost letters of Wilhelm Winner. Period time WW2 ones including period time POW ones sent or shipped to Winner as a POW in the States.
