Fine promotion document to Dr. Richard Huber being promoted from a "Ersten Staatsanwalt" to a Oberstaatsantwalt. 20.3.1935 dated. Facsimile signed by Adolf Hitler. Original ink signatures of Adolf Hitler as well as of Reichsjustizminister Dr. Franz Gürtner (1881-1941). Four pages. Not folded.
Fine promotion document to Dr. Richard Huber being promoted from an Oberstaatsanwalt to a "Senatspräsident beim Oberlandesgericht". Inside the original presentation folder. Impressive golden letters (sunk) "Im Namen des Deutschen Volkes". Embossed national surrounded by oak leaf. Berlin, 6.12.1940 dated. Original ink signatures of Adolf Hitler as well as of Reichsjustizminister Dr. Franz Gürtner (1881-1941).
A fine 4-page certificate. Not folded. Minor damage to one corner of the fourth page. The damage is was actually caused by a period paper clip. This paper clip is still around one of the two cardboard boards which were shipped with the document to stabilize it. The original envelope is also still part of this grouping.
