Rare SS Soldbuch with matching dog take to SS-Sturmmann Adam Chwastek, born in Teschen, Poland, in 1909. He served with SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs- und Ersatz-Bataillon 11 which was also known as "Kampfgruppe Schweiger".
According to the information of the Volksbund Chwastek was missed in action in Stettin on 9.3.45 when being in a military hospital. He could have been killed by the Russian troops. He was burried at the cemetary at Stare Czarnowo.
Part of the Soldbuch is his original dog tag. It shows rust on the paper which proofs it must have been inside the book since ages.
There is no photo inside since there was no time to do one as it says. The book was issued on 29.12.1944.
