Well worn M43 field cap worn by a Waffen-SS officer. Rare silver-embroidered Bevo insignia. Textbook skull and cap eagle. Very rare. A nicely matching pair however not period time attached to this cap.
The cap itself was certainly worn by an SS soldier. There are no shadows of army insignia.
Cotton liner. Torn. Numbered cloth tag attached. No moth damage!
