Rare Wehrpaß to SS-Rottenführer Willi Segi who joined SS-Standarte "Deutschland" in April 1939. He served with several field units during the war and ended up in the Rasse- und Sicherheitshauptamt (RSHA) in July 1944.
Awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class, the East Medal and the Wound Badge in black.
