Fine Heer so-called "crusher" cap for a soldier serving with a transport unit. A rare example with light blue piping. A private purchased pattern without leather visor. No stabilization band. No converted standard visor cap. A proper "crusher".
The celluloid diamond was removed. This crusher must have been to a EM/NCO which is quite rare. It comes with the silverware embroidered wreath but with a EM/NCO machine-woven cap eagle. Both was attached with the same thread and I'm convinced these are period time attached. The cap eagle was attached by hand, the wreath badge by machine as it should be.
A nicely worn example with a lot of character! No moth damage. Signs of wear. Condition 2.
