Unmarked blade. Slightly ground. Etched motto "Meine Ehre heisst Treue". Painted scabbard without dents. Original attached fittings. The screws were never opened. Correct chain from iron. Light rust. No markings visible inside the knot. SS marked to the back of the chain.
Wooden handle. No damage to the eagle and enamel SS emblem. One small chain to the top (reverse) and a light hair crack to the handle.
An original dagger with signs of age in condition 2-3.
