Small document grouping to SS-Oberscharführer Joseph Weiler serving with an 9./Polizei-Artillerie-Regiment 34 and 2.W.Kp./4.SS-Pol-Pz.Gren.Div.. Part of the grouping is a 20.4.1945 issued "Vorläufiger Personalausweis" which tells quite a few details on his service time. It also mentions his awards: East Medal, War Merit Cross 2nd Class, Infantry Assault Badge.
Impressive large size color printed "SS Befähigungsausweis" citation. Issued to SS-Unterscharführer Josef Weiler born on 30.6.1909. It confirms he passed the course for a "K-Geräteverwalter". Facsimile signed by an SS-Standartenführer. Embossed stamped "Kraftfahrtechnische Lehranstalt der SS". 14.3.1942 dated.
