Description
Waffen-SS field tunic for an SS-Untersturmführer serving with SS-Division "Totenkopf". Original in all parts but entirely postwar attached.

A very nice 1943/44 officer's quality tunic made from Italian gabardine. Silk lining. All buttons period time attached and with full color. No signs of wear. Two pair of loops to the left breast pocket which look period time to me.

No trace of a former breast eagle.

Shoulder boards. Infantry. White silk piping. Black backing. You can see traces of "2" cyphers.
Machine-woven BEWO EM/NCO sleeve eagle attached by hand.

Correct hand-stiched officer's "Totenkopf" collar tabs. Attached by machine.

A postwar attached tunic in very nice condition 2+.
No damage.
Size M.
