Description
"Reichsverteidigung" grouping to Jagdflieger Werner Blaesing. Blaesing was a young DLV member, joined the NSFK and finally became a pilot! He was shot down on 24.4.1944 at 1pm near Lorsch (Mannheim) serving with 3./Jagdgeschwader 101.
Blaesing shot down 4 US bombers. He had to come of of his aircraft once (23.3.1943). See other lots of Blaesing.
 
Personal flight blouse to Oberfähnrich Werner Blaesing. Worn in earlier times as an Obergefreiter.
 
Very nice untouched mid-war flight tunic with original attached insignia! 
 
Silk color tabs. Correct for this period. Machine-attached. Removed rank wings. Machine-embroidered breast eagle. 100% period time attached by machine. Period time attached Luftwaffe cloth Pilot's Badge. Loops for one badge as well as a Squadron Clasp and a ribbon bar. 
 
Obergefreiter sleeve badge. Missing shoulder boards.
 
Fine silk lining with size stamps and a LOHMANN maker mark. L.B.A. 42 dated.
 
Absolutely untouched "been there" tunic. Never cleaned!
Size M. No damage. Condition 2.
