German Eagle Order 1st Class grouping

Description
German Eagle Order 1st Class by Godet, Berlin, in its case of issue with award document. Awarded to the Spanish embassy official "Botschaftssekretär 1. Klasse Ernesto Zulueta E Isasi".

Very fine high quality award. Enameled. "900" silver stamped to the small ring. Silver, gilt. "21" maker marked.
The usual "yellow" patina which can get polished of if you want. One small repair to the enamel if you look at the 3 o clock cross arm (front side) and a tiny chip to the 6 o clock cross arm (reverse) which you can see with a magnifier.

Very nice condition 2. On full size ribbon.

Textbook case of issue. Black velvet inlay. "Verdienstkreuz I. Stufe des Ordens vom Deutschen Adler" (this title was used from 1937-1939) printed to the silk lining. Red outside leather. Sunken gilt national eagle printed to the top. Gold lines. Opening and closing correctly.

Size: 14cm + 18cm.
