Very fine Höller manufactured Kriegsmarine officer's dagger for civil servants. It comes with a correct pair of hangers which hold silver finished tombak metal parts other than gilt ones for standard officers. The hangers show minor signs of wear. Clippers are nicely working. Construction from ripped silk with dark blue velvet backing.
Wonderful dagger with hammered brass (gilt) scabbard. Entirely matching patina. 100% original attached portepee. Clean HÖLLER maker marked blade with etched naval ornaments and pictures. Original handle with one fine haircrack to the top.
