Untouched wartime Luftwaffe officer's dagger with matching hangers and portepee. All parts show the same patina and were definitely together since it was made.
Zinc metal parts of the dagger. Magnetic iron scabbard. Intact metal wire around the handle. Hangers with aluminum catch and clippers. Straps slightly corroded. Scabbard with minor rust spots.
Blade in good condition. Uncleaned. Minor spots and signs of age. GUSTAV SPITZER maker marked. A rather rare maker to find.
Good condition 2-. A nice "been there" example with character.
