Very rare Third Reich period time Polizei parade sword for cavalry troops. Almost entirely straight construction. Just slightly curved to the end of the scabbard.
Unopened handle with matching patina. Black grip with original attached police emblem. Both screws of the top fitting of the scabbard never opened. Original color to the scabbard with minor signs of age. Nice condition. No dents. Marked to the top fitting as as to the bottom of the cross guard. See last two pictures.
Eickhorn maker marked blade. Minor pitting which was professionally cleaned off.
