A WWII period time helmet camo cover manufactured in the field. This example is far from being textbook. According to our consignor, this was family purchased decades ago. It comes with a name tag of the soldier which unit information: "Ehrenecker, Karl - 2./1. SS-T-St.".
The cover is constructed from HBT material. It shows a 3-color camo. This could be painted, not printed.
There are brass catches to attached to the helmet which are connected with elastic straps covered by grey linen material.
Overall well tailored example in good condition. Certainly unique.
