Stunning Luftwaffe M35 helmet with orginal green "Sand-camo" period time added. The camo covers about 80% of the helmet. The decal is in very good condition and at least 80% as well. Leather liner most definitely original to this helmet as it is the original attached leather chin strap. It is LBA marked and 1939 KAUFMANN maker marked and dated. Soft liner with original cord. Liner and chin strap show the same sort of patina. The markings to the shell are hard to make out. It could be SE64. Size of the helmet 55/56.
A very rare M35 helmet which was worn throughout the war. The camo would have been added in 1943/44. Untouched!
