Description

Very rare privately purchased parade tunic for an Oberfeldwebel serving as a "Spieß" with Infanterie-Regiment 33. The tunic was tailored by "Atelier Schneider" based in Vienna. A tailor's tag is attached to the grey silk lining with is of clearly Austrian origin and style.

All insignia are 100% period time attached. Early style green piped slip-on shoulder boards with early style "133" aluminum cyphers. Triangle tip. Machine-attached early style collar tabs. Matching NCO tress. Two rings of tress indicating his service as a "Spieß" to both sleeves. All buttons with full original color complete and originally attached. 

Two loops for a small ribbon bar as well as 4 pairs of holes with clear signs of wear. 4 awards were attached to this tunic.
Two holes for a medal bar attached to the tunic ones.

Period time hand-attached officer's breast eagle.

Good condition 2. Medium size. Untouched tunic! Rare regiment!
