Description

Fantastic 4-pocket service tunic for Oberleutnant Renner serving with Kampfgeschwader 1 "Hindenburg". The tunic was privately purchased by Renner 9.4.1940 as an Obergefreiter. The tunic was tailored by Gebr. Klaczynski. There is a machine-attached name tag attached to on inner pocket.

The tunic was obviously promoted a few times. From Oberfreiter to Oberleutnant. Hand-attached collar tabs with traces of formally attached EM tabs. Sewn-in Oberleutnant flying troops shoulder boards. Silver bullion cord attached to the collar.

Three pairs of loops for three awards. There are clear shadows of a Pilot's Badge and an Iron Cross. Furthermore, there was a Squadron Clasp worn with this tunic.

High-quality officer's breast eagle originally attached by hand. Excellent quality!

Nice parade aiguillette without corrosion. No extra button underneath the shoulder board holding it.

Fine silk lining with quality tag and a tailor's label.

No moth damage to this tunic. One small moth hole to one of the collar tabs only.
Nice condition 2. Medium size.
