Waffen-SS camo smock M42. "Blurred edge" camo print. A nicely worn example, however, with a few modifications.
All small straps to attach camo material were taken off. There are usually six small straps to the front side of the shoulder and six straps to the reverse.
The front center fastening cord is a modern replacement. Elastic straps have been attached to the end of the sleeves. The center waist elastic strap was replaced by a new one. The smock was slightly shortened in length.
If these modifications were done period time or postwar we can't say.
Front strap missing. One of the inner HBT material pocket slightly damaged.
Minor other signs of use and small holes.
