Large bronze NSKK disk standing on a marble base with a gilded tag attached: "Sonderpreis des Führers des deutschen Kraftfahrsports mit goldenem Ehrenschild" (Exceptional Prize of the leader of the German driving sport with golden honor disk). The bronze disk shows the NSKK eagle and a facsimile signature of NSKK leader Hühnlein. It was awarded for "Für erfolgreiche Teilnahme an den Drei-Tage-Mittelgebirgsfahrten 1929 - 1938".
The diameter of the disk is 14cm. The total height is 18cm.
