Grouping to Leutnant Pöhlmann serving with Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 98 before promoted serving with Infanterie-Division "Großdeutschland" promoted a Leutnant later. As a "Großdeutschland" member, he was ordered to serve at the Führerhauptquartier. All insignia were found in a cardboard box you can see on the banner displayed to the top of this auction catalogue.

Cardbox box were all insignia of Pöhlmann were found. Two early dark green Gebirgsjäger shoulder boards. One for the coat. Two with embroidered "98" cyphers. Two to slip-on. One to sew in. Some moth damage.

East Medal, worn Edelweiss sleeve badge as well as two personal Wehrmacht glasses in cases. Both cases are "Pöhlmann Albin, Jg" named and unit marked.
