Grouping to Leutnant Karl Daut serving with Infanterie-Regiment 10, 302 and Grenadier Regiment 519. It comes in a period time large size luggage (damaged to the hinges).

The M40 field tunic part of this grouping is 100% untouched and shown on a few period time photos part of this grouping. He wears exactly the same tunic on the photo inside his Soldbuch for example. Another photo shows Daut sitting on the wall. Again, it is 100% the same tunic and even the same shoulder boards. Another photo shows this tunic being worn as a EM rank so without the NCO tress being added after this promotion. All photos show this M40 tunic with the dark green M36 eagle which is still attached to the tunic!

Nicely worn tunic issued in 1939. "F39" depot stamped, "Wilh. Bleyle K.G." maker marked and size stamped to the cotton lining. Machine-attached EM collar tabs and NCO tress. Hand-attached machine-woven breast eagle. Slip-on shoulder boards for a Fahnenjunker-Unteroffizier of Infanterie-Regiment 302 with embroidered slipped-on loops.

Period time attached Iron Cross ribbon. Two pair of loops with his Wound Badge in silver (65 marked) still attached.
Most buttons period time re-attached.
Medium size. Good condition. Only a few smaller moth holes!

A very nice M42 field tunic which was worn by him as a Leutnant. A dark green collar was added with hand-attached officer's collar tabs. A officer's breast eagle was attached by hand. Slip-on Leutnant boards were attached. Again, period time attached Iron Cross ribbon as well as pair of two loops with a tombak Wound Badge in silver still in place. All insignia are 100% period time attached!
Fine silk lining with a "F43" depot stamp, a "Wilh. Bleyle K.G." makerS mark and size stamps.
Buttons period time re-attached.
Medium size. No moth damage!

Officer's rain coat with complete and originally attached buttons. Shoulder board buttons missing. Very nice condition! Medium size. Stamps.

Fieldgrey military underwear he had worn in winter times underneath the trousers as well as a private purchased pullover he had worn under the field tunic. Both in good condition.

A captured tropical field tunic of unknown origin. British? Privately purchased Wehrmacht field boots. Soft leather.

A nicely worn M43 field cap made in 1944 and tailored from the typical M44 brownish cloth. Period time applied insignia by hand! A machine-woven officer's cockade along with a hand-embroidered cap eagle for officers. A part of the seam of the eagle has opened. No moth holes, a few bites. Uncleaned and dusty.

An Infanterie officer's visor cap with period time applied insignia. "Marke Odd" marked lining. Nice sweat-band with minor signs of use which, however, is extremely hard. 
Good shape! Minor moth damage.

Lot of insignia including four complete Fahnenjunker-Unteroffizier shoulder boards for Infanterie-Regiment 10 and 302 as well as two single boards. All in good condition. A visor cap chin strap, a knot, buttons.

1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class with ribbon. Certificate to the Iron Cross 2nd Class as well as a certificate for the Wound Badge in silver.
Countless fieldpostletters and period time documents. Interesting manuals like one for the P08 and one for the P38. A handwritten war diary, a map case with map.

A September 1943 issued Soldbuch with period time applied photo. A 2nd issue one since his first Soldbuch has gone lost. Still with many entries and both awards noted.
Good condition. He is wearing exactly the same field tunic on the Soldbuch's photo as part of this grouping.

An untouched grouping with a lot of room for additional research! Extremely hard to find these days.
