A German M35 helmet. The earliest type of helmet issued to Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine and Waffen-SS troops. No decal visibile.
Paint: About 50% of a period time tan color tropical paint remaining. Much old rust to the shell.
Lining: Flexible leather lining. Still soft. Original cord missing. Unreadable size stamp. Most probably 56.
One rivet original to the helmet. Two replaced.
