Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs. Unlike an officer's cap which was always worn with a silver bullion piping, EM and NCOs had a colored piping that indicated the branch they were serving for.
Branch: Flak troops. Red piping.
Insignia: A alumimum cap eagle and wreath badge. All prongs in place. Original to this cap.
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: Orange color linen. Very fine
Celluloid diamond: intact
Maker's mark: "Felix Weissbach Mützenfabrik Glauchau". "Lieferjahr 1938" dated. Size 56 marked.
Sweat-band: Very nice condition. "d.L.N.S." unit marked "Luftnachrichtenschule"
A beautiful cap without any moth damage. Minor marks to the black cap band.
