Nice nickel-plated steel blade showing the etching "Alles für Deutschland" and the maker's mark of J.P. Sauer & Sohn Suhl. It is one of three SA dagger manufacturers from Suhl. Light stains on both sides and the edges have been "sharpened".
Brown wooden handle with inlaid SA roundel and eagle. No chipping or cracks. Early nickel fittings. "Sa" (Sachsen) stamped. Original brown anodized steel scabbard with matching nickel fittings. All four screws are present.
Includes the brown leather hanger. "A" (Assmann) maker marked and "DRGM" marked. Fully working snap clip.
