Waffen-SS, machine-embroidered (and clearly worn and/or tunic-removed-) EM/NCO-pattern arm-eagle (ie. 'Ärmeladler') as was intended for usage by the various Waffen-SS staff throughout the war.
The arm-eagle - which is executed in silverish-grey coloured braid on a black-coloured background - comes in a clearly worn and/or once tunic-attached condition: it does show some minimal wear, age and/or staining.
This is a later-war period example that was executed in the so-called: 'RzM-pattern': of interest is, moreover, that this example was 'cut-out' of a large sheet of identical examples: the partly backwards-folded cloth corroborates this.
