Interesting Luftwaffe M42 single helmet. This helmet was period time painted with light grey paint similar to Kriegsmarine bord crew issued helmets. Why this happened is unknown to us but this variant is certainly very interesting.
The single decal is about 60%. The grey color is easily 90%.
Very nice original attached liner with original cord. Size 58 stamped. Nice unmarked soft chin strap. The marking of the shell is hard to read but should be ET66.
