An extremely rare certificate to Adolf Hitler 1938 State Visit to Italy Plaque. Awarded for faithful cooperation in the "Landesgruppe Italien der AO" NSDAP/AO Foreign Organization in Italy. 

Issued on 4. November 1939 to NSDAP member Adolf Kauffmann. Signed by SS-Hauptsturmführer and Third Reich diplomat Erwin Ettel. He was the leader of the NSDAP/AO in Italy. SS-membership number 289261. A very rare signature! Further informations on Erwin Ettel are available on the internet.
