Third Reich German Red Cross vinyl record "The speaking field post letter". So-called Fonopost.
The Red Cross provided a special service for wounded soldiers in military hospitals who have lost their arms to stay in contact with their family. They had to chance to send a record home. This one was sent from Gefreiten Rudolf Typpelt to his parents. "21.VI. 1943" dated. It was recorded in a Lazarrett near Belgard, Serbia. The other side mostly contained a song.
Including the matching cardboard folder and a special pin for the record player.
Diameter record: 19 cm.
Signs of use and slight scratches. Good condition.
