Nice Luftwaffe sword with aluminum metal parts. Fine blue leather handle. Untouched wire. Matching patina to all metal parts. Very nice gilding to all four swastikas.
Blue leather of handle and scabbard in very good condition. Slight signs of use to the leather handle.
Screws of scabbard fittings look unopened.
F.D.A.Helbig maker marked blade. "Gaefler" in script letters. Blade with spots and marks however not pits. It should clean off if polished professionally.
