A worn and absolutely untoucehed German m35 helmet. The type of helmet was issued to Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Polilzei and Waffen-SS troops. This example was issued by Heer
Paint: The helmet retains its original apple-green paint underneath, which has been overpainted with a darker green, which has been partially cleaned. A white rectangle is painted on the front. Maybe unit internal tactical emblem?
Decals: The Heer decal is still visible, with around 40% remaining. The tri-colour decal is barely visible, showing minimal traces.
Lining: The helmet comes with its original liner, complete with the cord.
Chin Strap: The chin strap is present and features aluminium fittings.
Markings: The helmet is stamped with "ET64" and "4473."
This helmet has many years of action starting as an apple green early helmet with a later wartime repaint. Aditional symbols have been painted to the side and front and would make it an interesting research project.
