On the left side there is a modern marking with a ballpoint pen which cannot be determined in more detail.
The brown leather sweatband is undamaged and shows normal signs of wear and age.
On the inside there is an illegible manufacturer's stamp and the year of manufacture "1938".
Worn hat with old repairs on the outside and slight moth bites.
