An early SS Service dagger by Robert Klaas, Solingen.
Nice etched blade showing the motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue". The reverse comes with the maker's mark of Klaas. Fine black wooden handle with inserted SS roundel and national eagle. No damage. Nickel crossguards. "I" stamped on the lower crossguard. Original black anodized steel scabbard with nickel fittings. All screws are in position and unopened. A few tiny dents on the lower fitting.
