Third Reich police leader's sword. It looks to be overall untouched and was never cleaned. Marked with SS runes to the top fitting of the scabbard and the bottom part of the cross guard. Screws of the scabbard fittings never opened. Scabbard is period time black factory patine. Wooden handle without damage but certainly used a lot since the black finish he gone off. Correct police emblem to the grip. Iron handle with correct top screw. Most of the nickel-finish gone due to extensive use. Clean blade with Eickhorn maker's mark.
