Wehrmacht M42 helmet made by Eisenhüttenwerke Thale and marked "ckl64" to the inside.The helmet comes with a period time 3-color camo paint to the shell.
The helmet must have been overpainted postwar since it was professionally restored. You can see removed rust to the in and outside but also grinding marks which could mean that rust and paint were remover.
There is still around 85% of the original camo paint to the shell.
Original liner and chin strap. Both still soft. Original cord in place. Size 64. The chin strap is 0/0461/0010 Reichsbetriebsnummer marked.
