Extremely Luftwaffe M38 helmet which comes with a period time camo paint to the outside of the shell. This type of sprayed 3-color camo paint was mainly worn by paratroopers fighting in Normany 1944 and late.
Typical helmet shell with an "ET68" maker and size stamp to the side.
Liner: Still flexible leather. Somesmaller rips
Markings: "Kopfweite 57" size marked and "Stahlhelm Gr.68" shell size marked. Stamped with the "Reichsbetriebsnummer":
Screws: Unopened! Original camo in place!
Chin straps: Soft leather 1st pattern chin straps.
Paint: Nearly 90% period time camo paint. Some light rust. Very nice condition
Decal: no decal applied.
