A black Heer Panzer "Feldjacke" (field jacket) which collectors call a "wrapper". Worn by an Oberwaachtmeister (Oberfeldwebel) serving with Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 9.

Collar tabs: "goldgelb" color piping. Aluminum skulls. Both secured by sewing them on. 
Shoulder boards: Black boards with yellow piping. Alumiunm "9" cipher. A nice pair not only matches in patina and condition but also matches the condition and color of the jacket
Breast eagle: Machine-woven. EM/NCO type. Period time attached by hand (top) and machine (rest). 

Buttons: all buttons complete
Lining: grey cotton. Nice condition. 
Markings: size markings. "Peek & Cloppenburg" maker marked. 
Two pair of loops for awards. as well as one embroidered hole for a screw-back award. 

Including an old (period time) tie.
One small repair to the sleeve. See close-up.  Another one near the button holes. One quite large one to one of the sleeve near the shoulders. The repairs are old and very well done. In fact, they are hard to see.
