Heer field buckle "Gott mit uns" (EM/NCO)

Description

Untouched family consigned grouping to Leutnant Tröger. Tröger, possibly a WW1 veteran, served as a Leutnant with Artillerie-Regiment 46 which was based in Amberg, Bavaria, his hometown.

The grouping was found in a large size wooden officer's case in August 2021 and containing an impressive amount of WWI and WWII militaria. Please see other items from Tröger's family listed in this catalogue.

Aluminum buckle. Around 60-65 % of the original field grey paint is present. Mainly on the back. "C.T.D." maker marked. Originally attached leather tab. "Christian Theodor Dicke" maker marked and "1940" dated. With the leather belt. It has some stains and smells musty. Length: 100 cm.

A piece with "been there character".
