Third Reich Deutsche Jägerschaft luxury hunting dagger, a so-called "Hirschfänger".
An excellent etched blade on three sides showing hunting motifs and ornaments. "Carl Eickhorn, Solingen" maker marked. Slight stains on both sides.
A genuine horn grip bearing the "DJ" emblem on the front. No chipping. Silvered handle fittings. Green leather finished scabbard with silvered fittings. The scabbard has 3-4 "crease marks" and a small dent on the bottom fitting. Including the matching green leather frog.
