  You will receive an e-mail confirming your successful bids the day after the auction has ended. In your personal my ratisbon's you will be able to inform us about your most convenient payment method for this order or tell us about an alternative shipping address.
  
  If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. If you decide to change your shipping or payment method after receiving your invoice, just drop us a line or visit my ratisbon's/ORDERS for any more details.

VIEW DESCRIPTION

An early model 1933 Hitlerjugend Fahrtenmesser by Carl Heidelberg, Solingen. The thin blade on this one looks great. The acid etched "Blut und Ehre!" motto and "Carl Heildelberg Solingen" / "Ges. Geschützt." maker marks are all nicely executed! The crossgrain remains visible in the light. Blade shows use, but overall appealing. The fit continues to remain nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point. It shows surface scratches, age spotting and age grey throughout. The original black leather buffer remains intact. The steel based black enamel painted scabbard looks good. 85% of its original paint coverage remains intact. It remains completely dent free. The scabbard leather is in good condition. It has all of its rivets intact and the snap continues to work well! The steel based nickel-silver plated hilt retains 85% of its plating. The black bakelite checkered grip plates are in near excellent condition. Both solid nickel silver rivets tightly secure the plates to the hilt. The small HJ diamond without enamel loss.
