Nickel-plated steel blade with lovely etched naval motifs and ornaments on both sides. No maker's mark. Light stains on both sides. Orange handle with original attached officer's portepee. Intact wire wrapping and no chipping. Brass handle fittings. The pommel is slightly "loose" (cannot be 100% fixed).
The dagger comes with a rare "special" scabbard. It is also made from brass as well as partially hammered. Minor dents in the lower area.
