Near mint Third Reich TeNo hewer for Unterführer. Made by Carl Eickhorn, Solingen.
Solid steel blade. "Carl Eickhorn" maker marked and "Ges.Gesch." marked on the back. Furthermore numbered "10408" on the front of the blade. Typical white grip plates. No chipping or cracks. Nice nickel-plated metal fittings. Black factory painted scabbard with nickel-plated metal fittings. The throat also "10408" stamped. No dents. All four screws are unopened.
The dagger is complete with it's black leather hanger marked with the "A" by Assmann. Also in near mint conditon. The leather grip loop on the hanger is still in tact. The rare blue/silver Teno portepee is also attached.
An overall matching dagger in great condition.
These daggers are hard to find in this good of a condition.
