Early privately purchased artillery visor cap for an EM/NCO serving with Artillerie-Regiment 15.
Early "Geprüft 3./A.R.15" depot stamp underneath the sweat-band band. Silk lining. Intact celluloid diamond with maker's mark "Alfred Greb".
Red piping.
A zinc cap eagle along with an early tombak wreath badge and an aluminum cockade. The zinc eagle would be too late for this cap however if you look behind it it looks to have has been there since ages.
It has left a clear shape.
Partially bleached and with a lot of patina. Only 2-3 moth holes.
