Heer visor cap for officers. A very rare high-quality example with remainings of the original EREL maker's paper tag still in place! An extremely rare cap!
We only had two similar visor caps available at ratisbon's in all these years:

Branch: Sanitätstruppe. Blue color piping
Insignia: Aluminum cap insignia with all prongs in place. Both are original to the cap.
Chin strap: textbook officer's strap. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: Fine gold color silk lining.
Celluloid diamond: intact
Maker's mark: "EREL SONDERKLASSE" maker's mark. Including remainings of the original EREL maker's paper tag still in place
Sweat-band: Signs of wear.
A few small moth bites if you look closely. Including one to the upper piping (reverse).
There are no moth holes to the top. The picture of the top might be misleading (not very clear).
