Visor cap for officers of the medical troops with "cornflower blue" piping.
Aluminum cap eagle and wreath badge, all cotter pins present. A matching pair applied in the period.
Matching officer's chin strap made of silver spun with correct buttons.
The inner lining is made of silver-gray artificial silk and shows normal signs of wear and age. The celluloid diamond is completely intact and shows the manufacturer's logo of the company "Clemens Wagner".
The sweatband made of dark gray leather also shows signs of wear and age and is slightly torn and has open seams. “Wirklich Stirndruckfrei DRGM” was embossed on the left side.
The hat still has the storage bracket that was installed by the company, including a label with the inscription "Vor dem Tragen ziehe man an diesem Band den Lagerbügel heraus. Die Form bleibt Wetterfest".
