Extremely rare Luftwaffe visor cap with grass green piping as issued to Luftwaffe Felddivision troops. A privately purchased example tailored by "Petersen & Co." A tailor's label is machine-attached to the grey silk lining. It is covered by an intact celluloid diamond which holes a "Braun E." paper name tag.
Grey sweat-band with minor signs of wear. Matching aluminium EM/NCO insignia and chin strap.
One small moth hole to the top. Apart from that, there is no damage to the cap which shows only minor signs of wear.
Nice shape. Condition 2+
