Untouched Luftwaffe M40 single decal helmet to Sanitäts-Obergefreiter Kistler. "San.Ogfr. Kistler" named to the leather ling. The liner comes with the original cord and is definitely original attached to the shell. The helmet is absolutely uncleaned and looks to have been found in a barn. There is still a lot of wheat between the ring of the liner and the shell.
Size 58 liner. Soft leather. Q66 marked shell with original factory paint and decal. The decal is about 85-90%. Light rust and scratches. Nicely worn.
The chin strap is a bit dry. It is maker marked and dated. The stamp is hard to read but it could be 1941.
Overall absolutely untouched helmet in good condition 2-
